Animal Relocators of Texas, LLC provides professional wildlife control and animal relocation services in Granbury, Texas and surrounding areas. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Relocation of captured wildlife to appropriate habitats
• Exclusion and prevention services to deter future wildlife intrusion
• Dead animal removal and sanitation services
• Emergency wildlife response services

Specific services provided will be agreed upon between you and the Company prior to service commencement. Service terms, pricing, and scope will be documented in a service agreement or estimate provided before work begins.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to authorize services on the property where services are to be performed
• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting or scheduling services
• Have the ability to pay for services rendered

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WILDLIFE CONTROL RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES, PROPERTY CONDITIONS, ANIMAL BEHAVIOR, AND OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANIMALS WILL NOT RETURN TO YOUR PROPERTY AFTER EXCLUSION SERVICES ARE PERFORMED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIMAL RELOCATORS OF TEXAS, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Wildlife damage to your property occurring before, during, or after service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Animal Relocators of Texas, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
